We enhance and improve your current temporary and contract recruitment processes through temporary and permanent education staffing services, supporting Trusts and nurseries, primary and secondary schools, SEND and alternative provision settings, tutoring services and further education colleges.  

We supply fully compliant and vetted candidates across leadership, teaching, tutoring, classroom and non-classroom support roles for ad hoc cover, long-term assignments, and permanent appointments.

Our software enables you to create a talent bank which works for your trust, as well as never forgetting the staff who have worked well for you before. The talent bank means you have access to staff in your local area who are a perfect fit for the roles that are likely to come available.

System

After a candidate has worked in a school, you will have the opportunity to give them a star rating. This helps us work together to ensure quality of candidates is high and, if needed, quickly resolve any issues. Candidates are incentivised to get an excellent rating as this will mean they earn points towards additional CPD.

MI at
Your Fingertips

Insightful management information is available in real time and is specific to your job role and area of responsibility. You can generate these informational reports at any time to review at meetings or for creating reports. Together we will use this information to create effective talent banks and identify time and money saving opportunities.


Access to
Client Portal

Through our portal, your Trust will get access to bulk approving timesheets, star rated candidates and available vacancies. You'll also get access to an exclusive SharePoint, to access all documents and reports, as well as standardised rate cards agreed by the entire supply chain, providing transparency and consistency.

Integrated Timesheets and Invoices

You'll get access to batch approve timesheets and download invoices whenever you need them.

Access to Safeguarding Information

Each candidate will be made compliant to APSCo Compliance plus standards and you will be able to access these details at any time to enter into your single central record.
