After a candidate has worked in a school, you will have the opportunity to give them a star rating. This helps us work together to ensure quality of candidates is high and, if needed, quickly resolve any issues. Candidates are incentivised to get an excellent rating as this will mean they earn points towards additional CPD. You will be able to see an average candidate rating via your talent bank.
Insightful management information is available in real time and is specific to your job role and area of responsibility. You can generate these informational reports at any time to review at meetings or for creating reports. Together we will use this information to create effective talent banks and identify time and money saving opportunities.
You'll get access to batch approve timesheets and download invoices whenever you need them.
