Who we are
Smile Education MSP is a managed vendor recruitment service for multi-academy trusts, delivered by the experienced team behind Smile Education. We combine education-built technology with a dedicated, people-first approach to make recruitment simpler, safer and more consistent.
Where it all began
Smile Education has supported schools with recruitment for almost two decades, embedding ourselves within the community of the schools and trusts we serve.
Working closely with nurseries, schools, SEN settings and FE collegeswe saw first-hand the growing complexity of recruitment - from compliance pressures to managing multiple suppliers across multiple schools.
Smile Education MSP was created as a natural evolution of this work, offering a structured, compliant service that removes admin, reduces risk and supports trusts at scale, as well as providing ad hoc daily cover, long-term supply cover and permanent appointments.
Our people
Behind our MSP is a team of experienced education recruiters who work as an extension of your trust. We're relationship-led, approachable and focused on long-term partnerships.
We operate dedicated, regional teams aligned to each phase of education, including Nursery and Primary, Secondary and Further Education, SEN and Alternative Provision, and Leadership. Each team is supported by specialist resourcing consultants, a dedicated compliance function, and an experienced leadership team, ensuring consistent quality, safeguarding, and responsive support for every school we work with.
A key part of our approach is that we don't simply place staff into the schools across your trust - we embed ourselves within communities and support in any way we can.
