Who we are
Smile Education MSP is a managed recruitment service for multi-academy trusts, delivered by the experienced team behind Smile Education. We combine education-built technology with a dedicated, people-first approach to make recruitment simpler, safer and more consistent.
Where it all began
Smile Education has supported schools with recruitment for well over a decade, embedding ourselves within the community of the schools and trusts we serve.
Working closely with trusts, we saw first-hand the growing complexity of recruitment - from compliance pressures to managing multiple suppliers across multiple schools.
Smile Education MSP was created as a natural evolution of this work, offering a structured, compliant service that removes admin, reduces risk and supports trusts at scale.
